Consolidated Construction Consortium Bags ₹220 Crore Orders Including Data Centre Projects

Consolidated Construction Consortium Limited (CCCL) has announced that it has secured fresh orders worth approximately ₹220 crore from various clients, including projects related to data centres.

The company disclosed the development through a press release dated August 10, 2026, filed with the stock exchanges on August 11, 2026.

₹220 Crore Order Win Across Key Business Divisions

According to CCCL, the newly secured orders have been received from various clients and include projects in the Buildings & Factories (B&F) Division as well as the company’s Special Projects Division.

A notable part of the new order intake is related to data centre projects, a segment that has been gaining importance amid increasing demand for digital infrastructure and data storage capacity.

The ₹220 crore order win provides additional business visibility for CCCL and strengthens its project pipeline across its core construction and special projects businesses.

Strong Project Execution Track Record

Consolidated Construction Consortium Limited was founded in 1997 by first-generation entrepreneurs R. Sarabeswar and S. Sivaramakrishnan, both of whom are former L&T engineers.

Over the years, CCCL has established a presence across multiple construction segments and geographies in India.

The company stated that it has executed more than 950 projects across 21 states and Union Territories.

Its completed project portfolio includes:

  • 294 industrial projects
  • 425 commercial projects
  • 7 airport projects
  • 84 residential projects
  • Projects across other sectors

The aggregate built-up area of projects executed by the company stands at more than 140 million square feet.

Data Centres Emerging as a Growth Opportunity

The inclusion of data centre projects in the latest order win is significant as India’s digital infrastructure requirements continue to expand.

Data centres require specialised construction capabilities, including large-scale building infrastructure, electrical systems, mechanical installations and other supporting facilities. For construction companies with relevant execution capabilities, this segment can provide opportunities for larger and technically demanding projects.

CCCL’s latest order announcement indicates that the company is participating in this growing infrastructure opportunity alongside its traditional Buildings & Factories and Special Projects businesses.

What the ₹220 Crore Orders Mean for CCCL

The fresh orders are positive from an order-flow perspective as they add to CCCL’s project pipeline and provide potential revenue visibility going forward.

The diversification across Buildings & Factories and Special Projects, along with the inclusion of data centre projects, also highlights the company’s focus on multiple construction segments.

Investors will be watching the company’s ability to execute these projects on schedule, maintain margins and convert its order pipeline into sustainable revenue and profitability.
