In a major boost to its order book, Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (NSE: DIACABS, BSE: 522163) announced on December 4, 2025, that it has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Adani Green Energy Limited for the supply of power cables worth ₹747.64 crore (exclusive of GST).

  • Total Value: ₹747,64,01,400/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Forty-Seven Crore Sixty-Four Lakh Only), excluding GST
  • Scope of Supply:
    • 2,126 km of 33 kV High Voltage (HV) Cables
    • 3,539 km of 3.3 kV Solar Medium Voltage (MV) Cables
  • Projects: Khavda (Gujarat) and Rajasthan renewable energy projects of Adani Green
  • Execution Timeline: January 2026 to December 2026
  • Pricing Mechanism: Awarded on “Kilometer rate basis with Price Variation (PV) Formula”

This single order is one of the largest cable supply contracts secured by Diamond Power in recent times and significantly strengthens its visibility for FY27 revenue.
