Latteys Industries Limited has secured a major domestic order from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL), marking an important milestone for the company in the renewable energy segment.

The order was awarded on December 19, 2025, and the company officially disclosed the development to the stock exchanges on January 13, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s disclosure requirements.

Key Details of the Order

Under this contract, Latteys Industries will undertake the design, manufacture, supply, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems. These systems are aimed at supporting sustainable irrigation and water management initiatives across Maharashtra.

The project involves the deployment of 7,369 solar water pumps, with the total contract value estimated at approximately ₹187.39 crore, excluding GST.

Project Timeline and Scope

As per the terms of the order, the entire project is expected to be completed within 60 days from the date of issuance of the Work Order or Notice to Proceed (NTP). This tight execution timeline highlights the company’s operational capabilities and experience in handling large-scale solar infrastructure projects.
