SEPC Wins ₹854.57 Crore SAIL Contract for Burnpur Steel Expansion Project

SEPC Limited has secured a major engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract worth ₹854.57 crore from Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). The order strengthens the company’s position in India’s industrial infrastructure sector and adds another marquee project to its growing order book.

The project is part of SAIL-IISCO Steel Plant’s (ISP) 4.08 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) crude steel expansion programme at Burnpur, West Bengal.


SEPC Receives Letter of Acceptance from SAIL

SEPC Limited announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) – IISCO Steel Plant (ISP), Burnpur for executing the Pellet Plant Balance of Plant (BOP), including Civil and Structural Works (Pellet Package-2).

The contract is valued at ₹854.57 crore (net of Input Tax Credit) and will be executed over a period of 32 months.

The announcement was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
