Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited, which operates hospitals under the Narayana Health brand, has released its revised Investor Presentation for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Expanding Healthcare Network Across Three Countries

Narayana Hrudayalaya has continued to strengthen its healthcare network. As of July 1, 2026, the group operates 55 healthcare facilities across India, the Cayman Islands, and the United Kingdom, including hospitals, heart centres, clinics, dialysis centres, surgical centres, and urgent treatment centres.

The network includes:

  • 20 hospitals and heart centres in India

The group has 5,955 operational beds, a total bed capacity of 6,269, and a workforce of nearly 20,950 employees.

Strong Financial and Operational Performance

The investor presentation highlights a strong start to FY27.

For Q1 FY27, the company reported:

  • Consolidated operating revenue of ₹2,683.6 crore, up 78% year-on-year.
  • EBITDA of ₹505.2 crore with an EBITDA margin of 18.8%.
  • Profit after tax (PAT) of ₹207.3 crore.
  • Net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.42, reflecting a healthy balance sheet.

India remained the company’s largest market, while its international operations in the Cayman Islands and the UK also contributed to overall revenue growth.

Higher Patient Volumes and Improved Hospital Performance

Narayana Health continued to witness healthy patient activity during the quarter.

Operational highlights include:

  • 674,000 outpatient visits
  • 67,000 inpatient discharges
  • Stable average length of stay (ALOS)
  • Higher average revenue per patient compared with the previous year

The Bengaluru, Kolkata, Northern, and Western hospital clusters continued to support growth across the network.

Investing in Advanced Medical Technology

The company continued to enhance its clinical capabilities during the quarter.

  • 2,137 cardiac surgeries performed at Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Bengaluru.
  • Introduction of Pulse Field Ablation procedures for treating atrial fibrillation.
  • Deployment of the CUVIS Orthopaedic Robotic System at Narayana Hospital, Gurugram.
  • Installation of a Thulium Laser System for advanced urology procedures.
  • Expansion of robotic-assisted surgeries across multiple specialties, including oncology, gastrointestinal surgery, urology, and general surgery.
