Nexus Select Trust, India’s first listed retail Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), reported a healthy operational performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The trust announced a higher quarterly distribution to unitholders, driven by resilient rental income and strong performance across its retail mall portfolio.

Distribution Details
