Tera Software Secures ₹273.12 Crore Smart Metering Contracts from MVVNL in Uttar Pradesh

On March 30, 2025, Tera Software Limited announced the receipt of Letters of Intent (LOIs) from Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (MVVNL) for door-to-door meter reading, spot bill generation, bill distribution, and bill collection services across various clusters in Uttar Pradesh. The total contract value is ₹273.12 crore, with projects to be executed over two years.

Contract Details:

Cluster-09: Covering Lucknow Central, Devipatan, and Raibareilly Distribution Zones.
- Value: ₹90.07 crore.
Cluster-05: Encompassing Agra, Firozabad, and Kanpur-2 Distribution Zones.
- Value: ₹75.40 crore.
Cluster-12: Including Azamgarh and Basti Distribution Zones.
- Value: ₹107.65 crore.

These contracts underscore Tera Software’s commitment to enhancing utility services through efficient metering and billing solutions. The projects aim to improve revenue collection and operational efficiency for MVVNL in the specified regions
