Jupiter Wagons Wins ₹211 Crore Orders from JSW Port Logistics and OASPL
Jupiter Wagons order news: Jupiter Wagons Limited has secured two orders worth a combined ₹211.27 crore, including GST, from JSW Port Logistics Private Limited and Orissa Alloy Steel Private Limited (OASPL). The latest orders strengthen the company’s presence in India’s private wagon ownership and leasing market and add further visibility to its freight wagon business.
Jupiter Wagons announced the order wins on August 10, 2026, through a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
₹147.11 Crore Order from JSW Port Logistics
Jupiter Wagons has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth ₹147.11 crore with JSW Port Logistics Private Limited.
Under the order, Jupiter Wagons will manufacture and supply 7 BOSM rakes comprising 329 BOSM wagons.
The latest order marks Jupiter Wagons’ second order from the JSW Group within six weeks. In June 2026, the company had received a ₹122.88 crore order from JSW (South) Rail Logistics Private Limited.
With the latest order, Jupiter Wagons said its cumulative order intake from the JSW Group has reached approximately ₹270 crore in less than two months.
OASPL Places ₹64.16 Crore Wagon Order
In a separate development, Orissa Alloy Steel Private Limited (OASPL) has placed a Purchase Order with Jupiter Wagons for the manufacture and supply of 150 wagons under the LSFTO Scheme.
The order is valued at ₹64.16 crore.
Together, the JSW Port Logistics and OASPL orders have a combined value of approximately ₹211.27 crore, including GST.
