Bajel Projects Bags Ultra Mega Transmission Line Order from Power Grid Corporation

Bajel Projects Limited has secured an Ultra Mega EPC order for transmission line works from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), marking another significant order win for the company’s transmission infrastructure business.

2. LILO of 765 kV Transmission Line

The order also covers the LILO (Line-In Line-Out) of the Dharamjaygarh (Section-B)–Jharsuguda (Section-A) 765 kV double-circuit line at Raigarh (Kotra)-II Substation.

3. Raigarh Transmission Network

The scope further includes the Raigarh (Tamnar)–Raigarh (Kotra)-II 765 kV double-circuit line.

These works form part of the WR-ER Inter-Regional Network Expansion Scheme – Part A.

33-Month Execution Period

Bajel Projects will execute the EPC contract over a period of 33 months from the date of issuance of the Notification of Award.

The project will involve construction of high-voltage 765 kV transmission lines, which are an important component of India’s inter-regional power transmission infrastructure.
